By using EduPlace SA you agree to the following terms.
Lawful admissions only
Schools may assess applications based on lawful requirements, available capacity, documents and support needs. The platform must not be used to reject or disadvantage a learner based on race, disability, family structure, poverty, conduct history, nationality, country of origin or use of a passport instead of a South African ID.
Identification documents
Learners, parents and guardians may use South African IDs, passports or other recognised lawful documents. Where a passport is used, country of origin, nationality and passport details are captured.
AI-generated documents
AI drafts (letters, reports, summaries) are never final. An authorised person must review and approve every AI output before it is sent, downloaded or stored officially.
Acceptable use
Accounts are personal and role-based. You may only access records permitted by your role and your relationship to a learner or school.
